ok, i've no idea about uninstalling CK, but every mod that NMM has installed is sitting in the games data folder so just copying that and restoring it after you delete/re-download the game will restore the mods. i've no idea how NMM will handle this, since as i remember it manages mod overwrites with some form of log that does a fairly bad job I have downloaded a mod off of nexus and have downloaded it sucessfully and activated it. If you are opening Skyrim SE from MO, you probably haven’t activated the mods into the game before playing. Bethesda implemented the Mod category in Skyrim’s main menu, the only way to actually see the mods once you have installed them through MO is to also activate them in that section.
